Resume and document data

Resume data can include personal contact details, education, employment history, skills, and job-search notes. HireDraftAI treats this content as sensitive application data and uses it to provide requested CV, cover-letter, ATS, PDF, history, and tracking features.

Free tools and temporary processing

Many free tools are designed to run without a user account. File and text inputs for those tools are used to return the requested report or conversion and are not intended to become long-term account content unless the user signs in and chooses to use the main product workflow.
