HireDraftAI Terms of Service and Affiliate Program Agreement — the rules for using our AI cover letter and CV generation platform. Effective September 4, 2026.

Review the rules for using HireDraftAI, including account requirements, acceptable use, subscription terms, refunds, and platform limitations.

Using HireDraftAI

HireDraftAI provides tools for resume tailoring, cover-letter generation, ATS guidance, PDF export, saved document history, application tracking, and free job-search utilities. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated or analyzed content before sending an application.

The service currently uses DeepSeek through OpenRouter for primary AI generation and may use Google Gemini as a recorded emergency fallback. AI output can contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed by the user.

Subscriptions and fair use

• Free accounts include 10 AI generations per calendar month.
• Paid subscriptions described as offering unlimited generation are subject to fair-use limits of 50 generations in any rolling 24-hour period and 150 generations in any rolling 7-day period.
• Payments and billing portal access are handled through Stripe.
• Users can cancel paid plans from billing and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Accuracy limits

HireDraftAI can improve structure, relevance, and workflow speed, but it cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter decisions, or ATS outcomes. Users should keep all claims truthful and avoid adding skills, achievements, or employers they cannot support.

Acceptable use

The service should not be used for spam, fraud, impersonation, misleading job applications, unauthorized access, or attempts to overload free tools and conversion endpoints.
