Example inputs and useful outputs
Example 1
Your headline says “Data professional,” while your About and experience describe SQL reporting for operations teams.
Make the target role clearer, connect the About opening to that evidence and prioritize the strongest project before adding more keywords.
Before you use the result
- The tool reviews pasted content only. It cannot inspect a profile URL, photo, banner, account settings or actual search visibility.
- Unshared sections are marked unknown and excluded from the score. A high score with low coverage is not a complete profile assessment.
- The score is our content rubric, not a LinkedIn metric. Visibility preferences depend on your circumstances.
Frequently asked questions
Can you audit my LinkedIn profile from its URL?
No. Paste the content you want reviewed. This keeps the review grounded in material you choose to share and avoids pretending to inspect information the tool cannot access.
What does the LinkedIn profile score mean?
Each assessed area receives full credit for supported evidence, half for partial evidence and zero for missing evidence or a conflict. Areas are equally weighted. Unknown areas are excluded and shown in the coverage count; this is not a LinkedIn ranking score.
Will this check my Open to Work settings?
It can discuss the setting you report and prompt you to review your preference. It cannot read or change your LinkedIn account settings. Recruiter-only visibility should not be treated as a guarantee of privacy.
Should I complete every field?
For the broadest audit, include experience, skills, recommendations and the visibility preference you want considered. If a section does not exist, write None. Leave it blank when you do not want it assessed.
Is this tool free, and do I need an account?
You can see, copy and download the full result without signing up. The ten daily AI generations are shared across free tools, subject to available capacity. A dismissible signup invitation appears after your result.
What happens to the information I paste?
Your input is sent to our AI provider to prepare the result. Input and result text are not saved in our application database. This browser tab retains your work for the session; use Clear to remove it. Avoid sharing unnecessary contact details or confidential information.
